The Senior Team

Liz Anderton

General Manager

Liz has worked in private healthcare management roles for over 25 years and joined 10 Harley Street as the General Manager for the business in early 2014. This followed successful Senior Regional Operational appointments running diagnostic and medical facilities in Harley Street and across the South of England.

Liz’s hands-on leadership style and clinical qualifications have seen 10 Harley Street develop rapidly with the addition of 12 Harley Street to the current portfolio of numbers 8 and 10, together with improved outcomes and growth at the company’s regional facility in Liverpool.

A previous Registered Manager for CQC, Liz remains hands on with both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of the business and ensures those taking a licence with Number 10 are fully accredited. She takes great pride in her team and continues to lead them on to further business expansion and development.

Hong Blair

Reception Manager

Hong leads a team of committed individuals who are the first point of contact for all our practitioners, clinicians, patients and visitors. Her strong work ethic and passion for attention to detail ensures her team are well trained and efficient in every aspect of their administrative roles.

Hong believes the first impression of any visitors experience to our business remains the most important aspect of the “meet and greet” and she strives to ensure everyone it treated with respect, dignity and personal care.

Vanessa Lovejoy

House Manager

Vanessa has led the Administration Team at 10 Harley Street since 2011. Her previous experience in successful leadership roles within hotel management ensures the day to day running of these busy houses is undertaken efficiently and professionally.

Vanessa has successfully delivered on a number of development initiatives and works closely with Liz to drive the business forward. Her role includes the recruitment and retention of practitioners and she ensures her relationship with those we work with remains her priority.

Financial Controller

Suk has worked at Ten Harley Street Limited for many years and knows every practitioner who works with us. She is a senior member of the team, ensuring we all deliver the financial aspects of the business plan. With a close eye on the detailed financial workings of the business, Suk keeps us all on our toes.

By Road

The following buses stop outside John Lewis, Oxford Street: 6, 8, 13, 15, 73, 135, 139, 189 & 390.

By Rail

The nearest tube stations are Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Lines) and Oxford Circus (Victoria, Bakerloo and Central Lines). Both are only a short walk away.

By Car

The Congestion Charge is a £15 daily charge if you drive within the Congestion Charge zone 7:00-18:00 Monday-Friday and 12:00-18:00 Sat-Sun and bank holidays.
No charge between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day bank Holiday (inclusive).

Parking

Short-term parking is available directly outside number 10 and in the surrounding streets.

Parking charges in Westminster are applicable from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Find out more here.

There is free parking all day Sunday.

Long-term car parking is available in the underground Q-Park car park at the rear of Harley Street.

Disabled Access

There are 4 steps into the main entrances of each of the buildings and although we do not have a permanent ramp, a portable ramp is available to allow access. Many of our larger rooms are wheelchair accessible, as is the lift.

Our disabled changing and WC is located on the lower ground floor.
We are unable to accommodate trolleys or beds.

Bicycles

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to store bicycles either on a temporary or permanent basis. Bicycles are left unattended outside the building at the owners risk and cannot be locked or chained to the railings.

Dogs

Please note, we only allow well behaved guide dogs and documented assistance dogs onto the premises with prior permission. Please do ask your practitioner to check with reception prior to confirming your booking and arrival.
