Licencing Options

At 10 Harley Street we offer medical consulting and therapy rooms to rent at competitive rates for both peak and off-peak hours.

Monthly Commitment

All licences include a total monthly fee of £120.00, which comprises:

License to Occupy: £104.35 per month

Administrative Package: £13.04 + £2.61 VAT = £15.65

(Room rental is VAT-free. Additional charges apply only if you choose our administrative support services.)

Occasional Licence

Perfect for maximum flexibility, this option allows you to book rooms as and when you need them.

Hourly rates start at £70 per hour off-peak

Ideal if you do not require a regular weekly slot

Committed Hours Licence

Enjoy flexibility with added savings. The more hours you commit to, the lower your hourly rate.

Based on total committed hours, room size, and peak/off-peak times

Sessional Licence

Secure a regular slot each week for consistency and convenience.

Sessions last 4 hours (day) or 3 hours (evening)

Rates start from £70 per hour, depending on size and location

All Licences

Additional administrative support including office and secretarial services are available on request which include an appointment booking service and accounts clerk.

Your initial commitment for any licence is 3 months and thereafter, in the unlikely event that you wish to terminate your licence, we require 3 months’ notice in writing.

A Licence to Practice

Rooms are available only to licensed Medical Practitioners and Therapists who wish to utilise medical consulting facilities in Harley Street, London. Rooms vary in size and style and with some licencing options there is flexibility to either book the same room each time you visit, or have an available room allocated for you on booking.

A wide range of established medical practitioners work with us, including: Surgeons, Physicians, General Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Allied Healthcare Professionals including Physiotherapists and Osteopaths plus Complementary Therapists.

Accreditation Criteria

Ten Harley Street Limited follows a stringent and robust admission and licencing process and is thorough and challenging of those it accepts as Licensees. We screen each applicant to ensure that they precisely meet accreditation criteria, are members of an accredited professional body, carry appropriate professional insurance and their practice fits with the ethos of the house. This is important in maintaining our reputation as a Centre of Excellence.

CQC

Although our facilities do not require independent CQC registration, clinics and individuals who work in the building, are expected to abide by the signed General Conditions which accompany the licence and maintain standards in keeping with CQC guidelines.
